The food blanching process utilizes a spiral blanching mechanism to inhibit enzyme activity in fruits and vegetables, preserving their fresh color, green aroma, and flavor. The spiral blanching machine utilizes a double-cylinder structure, with the outer cylinder constructed from perforated plate. A spiral plate propels the material between the inner and outer cylinders, and a steam heating pipe is installed within the water tank.
The water tank body features a water-sealed steam cover with sanitary doors on both sides for easy opening and closing. The drive utilizes a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and the blanching time is controlled by a frequency converter.
Except for the reducer and electrical components, the entire machine is constructed from durable and reliable stainless steel (SUS304), ensuring easy operation and maintenance.
