The ice-water pre-cooler consists of a chilled water cooling tank and a transfer tank. Reverse heat exchange is used between the material and the chilled water to improve cooling efficiency. Circulation heating is achieved through vertical piping and a water pump. The cooling tank features a stainless steel seamless heat transfer coil (evaporation tube). The transmission mechanism utilizes a cycloid reducer and variable frequency speed regulation to control cooling time.
Deep cooling of blanched fruits and vegetables requires lowering the internal temperature to approximately 10 to 15 degrees Celsius.
