Our company’s grilled eel production line is a specialized line designed specifically for grilled eel processing.

The entire line consists of three main components:

1. Skin And Deep Roasting Section

The pre-processed eel raw materials are slaughtered and cleaned, placed on a conveyor belt, and sent into the baking room. The burner in the baking room is connected to the gas pipeline.

2.Steaming Chamber Section

The grilled eels are then conveyed to the cooking section, which is connected to the steam pipe and external steam boiler.

3.Cattail Burning/Teriyaki Section

This part involves applying soy sauce to the eel.
