This heat pump dryer consists of an evaporator, condenser, compressor, multiple fans, an insulated housing, and supporting systems. It uses alternating hot and cold air to alternately heat and cool items within a separate chamber, achieving rapid, natural drying. The temperature within this chamber can be adjusted between 15°C and 35°C, depending on the product’s requirements.
The heat pump dryer operates by exchanging heat between dry air and fresh product during processing. Once the product is dried to a certain degree, it is purged with hot dry air. The cooled product absorbs the heat, and any remaining moisture evaporates, achieving thorough drying.
