As we all known that the size and the weight of the shrimp are the positive correlation relation. This grading machine use the size differences to classifer the shrimp, prawn, sardin and other materials. Take the prawn as example. The prawn will be fed into a tank with some mixed water to sink for some minutes, then will be elevated up, meanwhile, there are sparyers to flush the prawn. After that, the prawn will fall down onto the second elevator for second washing. At last they will be conveyed to the units of rollers to be classified. Two rollers (as one unit) are rotating oppositely from middle to two sides. That makes sure the rollers will not damage the prawn. The gaps between rollers are different from the one end to another end, so the forwarding prawn will fall down when prawn size is less than the gaps. The graded prawn will be conveyed by several conveyors.
It’s well known that shrimp size and weight are positively correlated. This shrimp grader (shrimp grader) uses size differences to grade shrimp, prawns, sardines, and other products.
Take shrimp as an example. First, the shrimp are fed into a tank filled with mixed water, allowed to settle for a few minutes, and then lifted up, where they are rinsed by spray nozzles. They then fall into a second elevator for a second rinse.
Finally, the shrimp are conveyed to a roller unit for grading. Two rollers (as a unit) rotate in opposite directions from the center to the sides, ensuring that the rollers do not damage the shrimp. The gap between the rollers is different at each end, so if the shrimp’s size is smaller than the gap, the shrimp will fall off. Therefore, the graded shrimp are transported via multiple conveyors.
The shrimp grader is suitable for grading head-on and headless shrimp, shrimp meat, and other similar products.

1. The shrimp grader utilizes a low-friction rotating drum to improve grading efficiency.
2. Equipped with a conveyor belt, it accommodates shrimp of varying sizes, extending its applicability.
3. A dual-lift mechanism improves distribution and grading accuracy.
4. Dual cleaning devices at the lift and inlet improve cleaning efficiency.
5. A microcomputer control system enhances grading efficiency.
6. Made of high-quality stainless steel.
